# Exporting to Accounting System

> Sync balanced delivery journal entries to your accounting system.

## QuickBooks Desktop

### Setup

Before you sync, make sure that no one else is signed into the QuickBooks company account in a **single-user mode.**

**Make sure that everybody is using multi-user mode!** Likewise, you **cannot** have multiple companies open when you are syncing.

### Syncing

When your delivery journal entries are all balanced, you can sync them to your accounting system by clicking **Push to QuickBooks Desktop:**
