# Onboarding

Steps necessary for onboarding:

* Accounting team email for [QuickBooks Desktop](/accounting/integrations/quickbooks-desktop) login
* Coordination on activation of [Daily Sales Journal](/accounting/daily-sales-journal/introduction) exporting
* Coordination on activation of [Delivery Journal](/accounting/delivery-journals/introduction) exporting

Once exporting is active, review the [Bookkeeping Guidelines](/accounting/bookkeeping-guidelines) for how to book delivery revenue and reconcile payouts.
