Your schedule, in your pocket, always current. No photo of the whiteboard, no group text. Open the Schedule tab to see your week; every shift-related task starts here.

Check your shifts

The schedule home shows your shifts for the week. Switch weeks to look ahead. Working at more than one location? Use the location switcher at the top to change stores.

Pick up an open shift

Open shifts are shifts nobody owns yet.
  1. Find the open shift in the weekly view.
  2. Tap it and claim it.
  3. It’s yours once a manager approves it (where approval is required).

Give away or trade a shift

Can’t make a shift? Handle it in the app, not over text.
  1. Tap the shift you can’t work.
  2. Offer it to coworkers, or trade it for one of theirs.
  3. The app shows conflicts before you submit, so you can’t trade into a double-booking.
  4. Wait for the coworker (and manager) to accept.
Changed your mind? Withdraw the request before it’s accepted. Got a request from someone else? Accept or decline it from the same place.

Set your availability

Tell managers when you can work before the schedule is built, not after.
  1. Go to Schedule → Availability.
  2. Set your available days and times. Mark full days if you’re open all day.
  3. Submit. Your request stays pending until a manager approves it.
You can edit or cancel a pending request. Once it’s approved, submit a new one to change it.

Request time off

  1. Go to Schedule → Time off.
  2. Pick a single day or a date range.
  3. Choose the type: paid, unpaid, sick, or other.
  4. Add a note if the manager needs context.
  5. Submit and watch the status: pending, approved, or denied.
Cancel a pending request any time before it’s decided. One rule: if it’s not in the app, the manager didn’t see it.
