Follow these steps to connect your ChowBus POS to Garde so your sales data syncs automatically.

Prerequisites

  • An active ChowBus account
  • Admin access to your Garde location

Instructions

  1. Log in to Garde and navigate to Settings > Connected Data (or Setup > Point of Sale).
  2. Make sure you’re in the correct location if you have multiple.
  3. Select ChowBus from the available POS options.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to authorize the connection between ChowBus and Garde.
  5. Once connected, click Save.
  6. Email contact@garde.app to confirm the connection is complete.

What Syncs

Once connected, Garde will automatically pull in:
  • Daily sales data — the prior day’s sales are sent to Garde each morning
  • Sales categories and revenue centers
  • Labor data (if available from your ChowBus configuration)
Note: It may take 1-2 days after connecting before your sales data appears in Garde.

Troubleshooting

Sales data not appearing?
  • Verify the connection is active in Settings > Connected Data
  • Check that your ChowBus account has data for the expected dates
  • Allow up to 24 hours for initial data to sync
Need to reconnect?
  • Go to Settings > Connected Data, disconnect ChowBus, then reconnect
