Prerequisites
- An active ChowBus account
- Admin access to your Garde location
Instructions
- Log in to Garde and navigate to Settings > Connected Data (or Setup > Point of Sale).
- Make sure you’re in the correct location if you have multiple.
- Select ChowBus from the available POS options.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to authorize the connection between ChowBus and Garde.
- Once connected, click Save.
- Email contact@garde.app to confirm the connection is complete.
What Syncs
Once connected, Garde will automatically pull in:- Daily sales data — the prior day’s sales are sent to Garde each morning
- Sales categories and revenue centers
- Labor data (if available from your ChowBus configuration)
Note: It may take 1-2 days after connecting before your sales data appears in Garde.
Troubleshooting
Sales data not appearing?- Verify the connection is active in Settings > Connected Data
- Check that your ChowBus account has data for the expected dates
- Allow up to 24 hours for initial data to sync
- Go to Settings > Connected Data, disconnect ChowBus, then reconnect
