The Accounting Home dashboard gives you a single view of outstanding accounting work across all your locations. Use it to quickly identify which locations need exports, invoice reviews, or category mapping attention.

How to access

Navigate to Accounting > Home.

Filters and controls

  • All Locations toggle — Switch between viewing all locations or a single location.
  • Connected locations label — Displays how many of your locations are connected (for example, “3 of 4 locations connected”).
  • Month picker — Select the month you want to review.

Summary cards

Three cards at the top summarize the work that needs attention:

Sales Journals

  • Total count of sales journals for the selected month.
  • Number of locations that need action.
  • Breakdown of journals to export and journals to fix.

Invoices to Review

  • Total count of invoices awaiting review.
  • Number of locations with open invoices.

​
Category Mapping

  • Count of unmapped categories.
  • Number of locations with unmapped items.

Detail sections

Below the summary cards you will find expanded detail for each area:

Sales journals to export or fix

A table showing each location with sales journals that need to be exported to your accounting system or that have errors requiring correction. Review and resolve items here before closing the books.

Invoices awaiting review

Tables grouped by location listing invoices that are pending review. Open each invoice to verify details and approve or reject as needed.
