Update 8/23: We’ve been working with QuickBooks on this issue. Intuit has identified the underlying problem affecting all QuickBooks Desktop customers and released a patch to correct the Certificate Revoked error. Their engineering team is testing the patch internally, and they’ll roll it out as soon as it clears deployment.
- Follow these instructions exactly as written. Don’t skip ahead or assume you’ve got it covered before finishing the last steps.
- If you’re in a hosted environment like RightNetworks or a similar service, you’ll need to contact your service provider — they’ll need to fix this on their end since you won’t have access to the required files and folders.
- If these steps don’t work for you, we recommend reaching out to Intuit directly.
