Sometimes data in Garde needs to be corrected after it has already been sent to your accounting system. No problem. Here’s the process:
  1. Make sure the data (invoice, bill payment, etc.) has been corrected in Garde.
  2. Find the record in your accounting system and delete it there.
  3. Go back to Accounting > Export in Garde and re-export it using the steps below.

Finding and resending your data

By default, the export screen shows items in Ready, Pending, Needs Attention, or Error status. Since we’re looking for something that’s already been sent, you’ll need to adjust the filter. Click the filter button, then select “Sent” to include sent items in your view. Once you find the item, click the checkbox on the left side of the screen. You can select one at a time or check off multiple items at once. Click the blue Send button. The status will change to “Sent” in Garde, and the updated data will flow into your accounting system.
