|---|---|---|

Which QuickBooks plan do I need?
QuickBooks Online:- Simple Start won’t work (it doesn’t support importing bills)
- Essentials works, but no Classes or Locations
- Plus or Advanced gives you the full feature set
- Pro, Premier, or Enterprise all work
- You’ll need admin access to set up the connection
Getting started
If you’re new to the integration, start here:- Read the primer — Quick primer on the QuickBooks & Garde integration. Covers the terminology differences between Garde and QB, sync options, and what to expect.
- Connect your account — Go to Accounting > Setup > Integrations to connect your QuickBooks account. For QuickBooks Online, click “Click to Sync from QuickBooks Online” to authorize and sync your chart of accounts and vendors.
- Set up your mappings — After connecting, you’ll configure your mappings across the other tabs under Accounting > Setup: Category Accounts Mapping (for GL accounts), Sales Mapping, Delivery Mapping, and Invoice/Bill Accounts. Your Garde onboarding team or our professional services can help with this.
Common questions
