The Delivery Journals page lets you upload deposit statements from third-party delivery platforms and push them to QuickBooks Online. This keeps your accounting system in sync with the deposits you receive from delivery partners.

How to access

Navigate to Accounting > Delivery Journals.

Supported platforms

You can upload deposit statements from the following delivery platforms:
  • Grubhub
  • DoorDash
  • UberEats

How to upload and sync a deposit statement

  1. Select the Location from the dropdown at the top of the page.
  2. Click Choose File and select the deposit statement file from your computer.
  3. Click Push to QuickBooks Online to export the data to your accounting system.
The statement data will be recorded in QuickBooks Online so that your delivery revenue and related fees are properly accounted for.
