If you’re already a Garde customer, this guide will help you update your payment method or manage your subscription. Everything is accessed through Setup > Subscription Details. The Subscription Details page can look a little different depending on your account. We’ve included screenshots of each view below so you can find the right set of instructions for what you see on your screen. Find Your View

Navigate to Setup > Subscription Details and match what you see to one of the options below.

Option 1: Change Payment Method

If you see a “Change payment method” button, follow the instructions below.

Option 2: Manage Subscriptions

If you see a “Manage Subscriptions” button, follow the instructions in Managing Your Garde Subscription through our Payment Portal.

Change Payment Method

Click the “Change payment method” button. A pop-up will appear where you can choose ACH Transfer or Credit Card and enter your payment details.

ACH

Fill out the required account details.
It’s important to contact your bank and ask them to whitelist our payment processor so your payments go through without a hitch. Ask your bank to whitelist “BlueSnap, Inc.” using ACH Company ID 8450479415.

Credit Card

Fill out the required form details. You may see a temporary $1 hold on your card after authorizing payment — it should be removed within 1-8 business days.
A 3% processing fee is added to your subscription charge when paying by credit card. If you’re located in Canada, the 3% fee does not apply.

Authorize and Confirm

Authorize

Click “Authorize and continue” in the blue box to authorize the automatic payment.

Save

Click “Save & continue”.

Whitelist (ACH only)

If you selected ACH, don’t forget to whitelist our payment processor with your bank.
