Vendor Setup

Before you can place orders, you’ll need to configure each vendor’s details in Garde. This tutorial shows you how to enable online ordering for a vendor, add the right email address, set up CC contacts, and configure order notes. It’s a quick process — most vendors take less than two minutes to set up. To view in full-screen mode, click the bracket ”[ ]” in the bottom right of the video.

Order Guide Setup

Garde gives you a lot of flexibility with order guides. You can organize items however makes sense for your kitchen, add pars and on-hand columns, and print physical copies if your team prefers pen and paper. This tutorial walks through all of it. Placing an Order

You’ve set up your vendor, your order guide is ready — now it’s time to actually place an order. This tutorial covers the full ordering flow: selecting a vendor, entering quantities, reviewing your order, and hitting send. It also shows you what the vendor receives on their end.
