If you’d still prefer to move forward with cancellation, we’re (very) sad to see you go. To finalize your request, please complete the cancellation form, which you can find by navigating to Setup > Subscription Details in Garde. Please note that you’ll need to have “Billing Contact” user privileges and complete this for each of your restaurants in Garde as needed.⚠️ Important:
- Your cancellation won’t be official until the form is submitted - Please ensure you submit a cancelation form for each of your units.
- You will get a cancellation confirmation email upon submission
- If your account is charged before the form is submitted, we’re unable to issue refunds so your account will remain active through the end of the billing period
