Taking inventory just got faster. Use your phone’s camera to scan a barcode and instantly find that product on your count sheet — whether it’s liquor, wine, juice, or packaged food. The workflow is simple: scan an item, link the barcode to the right product once, and every future scan jumps straight to that item. No searching, no scrolling.
First scan links it, every scan after is instant. The first time you scan a new barcode, you’ll be asked to link it to a product. After that, every future scan of that barcode goes directly to the count screen. Spend a few minutes linking barcodes during your first inventory, and you’ll save time on every count after that.
