Click your name in the upper-right corner and select Settings. Everything here is personal to you — your changes apply across all units you have access to, but they won’t affect anyone else’s view. There are two sections: My Details and Preferences.

My Details

At the top you’ll find your Name, Email Address, and Title. If you choose “Other” for title, a text field appears so you can type in your own. Below that, tell us about your Responsibilities — check everything that applies. We use this to tailor your experience and surface the most relevant resources. Further down you can reset your Password, add your Cell Phone number, and update your Communication preferences. You’ll also find the option to change your app language here.
Garde is available in Spanish and Chinese. Switch your language in this same section. For more on the Spanish experience, see Garde in Spanish.

Preferences

This section controls how you see your sales data. The Garde home screen and your nightly sales email both show a chart comparing this week’s sales to historical data. You can pick two Comparisons as benchmarks. If you already have two selected, deselect one before you can choose a different option. You can also configure your Nightly Sales emails. If your units are split into separate concepts (not linked or sharing a database), you can get one email per concept or bundle them all into a single email. More details: Sales Figures and Reports Finally, there are toggles for which emails you want to receive. Check the ones you want and uncheck the rest.
