Sometimes you don’t have a physical invoice to upload, or you’re worried the one you have might be missing key details. For either situation, you can create your own using our template. Below is a template you can download in either PDF or Excel format.
If you just want to record category-level data, you can skip the template and enter an invoice directly into Garde. Follow these instructions: Manual Category-Level Invoices
Download whichever version works best for you — Excel or PDF. Fill it out with all the necessary information, save it, and submit it to Garde using any of the standard methods:
  • Email it to your restaurant-specific email address
  • Print it and snap a photo using the Garde mobile app
  • Upload it from your computer by clicking “Add an invoice” on your Orders screen
