If your restaurants share a Company Concept in Garde, you can copy count sheets from one unit to another. This is a big time-saver when opening a new location or when one unit has already built a sheet you want to reuse elsewhere. Copying a count sheet does not overwrite or replace any existing sheets at the destination. It creates a new sheet. Your current count sheets stay exactly as they are.
Here’s how to do it. In this example, we’ll import a “Fish” count sheet from Restaurant A into Restaurant B.
  1. Switch to Restaurant B (the destination), then go to Inventory > Count Sheets.
  1. Click the “Import Count Sheet” button.
  1. Select the restaurant that has the count sheet you want (Restaurant A in this example).
  1. Pick the specific count sheet you want to import.
  1. Review the sheet. When everything looks right, click “Import Selected Count Sheet” to finish.
That’s it. The imported sheet will now appear in Restaurant B’s count sheet list, ready to use on your next inventory.
