Forgot your password or got locked out? Here’s how to reset it and get back into Garde.
Forgot your password? Or maybe we triggered a required password reset as part of a security update, which temporarily locked you out. Either way, getting back in only takes a minute.You’ll need access to the email address tied to your Garde account. Here’s the process.
Check your inbox for an email with a reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
Don’t see the reset email? Check your spam or junk folder — it can end up there, especially if it’s your first time getting an email from Garde. The email comes from “no-reply@garde.app,” so you can search for that address. If it still hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, try clicking “Forgot Password?” again to send a fresh link.
