Every invoice you upload to Garde is permanently stored, so you can always pull it up when you need it. There are a couple of ways to find what you’re looking for.

The quickest way: the Orders page

  1. From the Home page, click Orders. This is where all your invoices live.
  2. Sort by any column — just click the column header (like “Vendor” or “Invoice Date”). Want to sort by two columns at once? Click the first column, then shift-click the second. For example, sort by Vendor and then by Invoice Date within each vendor. You can also use the Status column to quickly spot invoices that need attention — such as those with missing vendor mapping.
The column formerly called “Issues” has been renamed to “Status.” It now includes additional flags like missing vendor mapping, making it easier to identify invoices that need action before they can be closed cleanly.
  1. To filter the list, start typing a vendor name or invoice number in the Search box. Results filter automatically as you type.
  2. Click any invoice row to see full details and photos of all invoice pages.
Use the date range filter to narrow results to a specific time period. This is especially handy during month-end reconciliation or when you’re hunting for an invoice and only remember roughly when it came in.

Another option: the Vendors page

  1. From the Home page, click Vendors.
  2. Click on the vendor you’re interested in.
  3. On the Vendor page, go to the Past Orders tab in the bottom section. You can sort by any column header here, or type an invoice number in the Search bar to filter the list.
  4. Click any row to see the full invoice details and page images.
