The invoice history on your phone shows you the status of every invoice you’ve uploaded. (This feature requires version 1.2.3 or later of the Garde mobile app.)
Checking upload status
Sign into the app and tap the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen.
You’ll see Pending Uploads in the menu with a number in a blue circle next to it. If it says zero, all your uploads have gone through. If there’s a number, tap it for more details.
Viewing your full upload history
To see a log of all your uploads, tap Invoice History.
The Invoice History screen shows the upload status of each invoice:
- Any invoice with a status of Sent or Confirmed has been successfully delivered to Garde for processing.
- Tap an invoice to see the individual photos and each photo’s upload status. If an invoice has multiple photos, you can check which ones have been sent and which are still pending.
- In the example below, you can see several invoices that have been successfully sent and one at the top that’s still pending.
Best practices for smooth uploads
- Upload invoices when you have a strong internet connection
- Keep the app open until invoices have fully uploaded
- Avoid uploading in large batches (5+), especially on cellular data
If uploads seem frozen and nothing is progressing, try force-closing the Garde app and reopening it. On iPhone, swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tap the home button) and swipe the app away. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Garde > Force Stop. Reopen the app and check Pending Uploads — things usually start moving again.
